Question: I just popped a mole!
I do not really know if it was a mole or something else!.
I always had this!.
It was a lightly colored mole with a small black(darker) colored mole ontop of it and i just kept squeezing it, and then it popped! im bleeding for a small cut, a lot!. Im worried!.

Actually the answerer up there is STUPID!.
The food we eat has NO EFFECT on if we do or don't get acne!.
Why!?
Acne starts from below the skin when free radicals or tiny cell debri blocks your pores from intense scrubbing or dryness of the skin!. and unless you rub mcdonalds on your face besides gaining weight you wont get more acne because you eat mcdonalds!.
to reduce the chances of free radial particles drink teas without sugur!
with high flavanoid and antioxidant content such as green tea or acai berries
you can also gently pat a warm tea bag, that has been heated in hot water (not boiling) for a few minutes, on your face to further prevent acne
anyway just wanted to make sure people who dont kno what their saying dont make you think their idiotic answers are true!.

DON'T MESS WITH MOLES!!! You can scar your skin which will look even worse than the mole, and moles can have deep roots that can become infected!. And yes moles are vascular (which means they have blood vessels in them)!.
Moles cannot be dealt-with like a pimple!.
Leave the moles alone, you can really mess up if you don't know what you're doing (and chances are you don't)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
