Amoxicilian side effects!

Question: Amoxicilian side effects
For a tooth i'm having a root canal on i was prescribed amoxicilian!. The label on the medicine states "TAKE WITH PLENTY OF WATER" However, i read this after i took the medicine!. The problem is i took it without water because I was on the go at the time and swallowed it just with saliva!. Shortly after, i experienced a acid reflex feeling and now a few days later I feel as though I have swallowed my food whole and it hurts on the way down (this happens when i'm not even eating) and when i'm sitting down it feels like a big air bubble in my throat and it hurts until i breathe out!. Is this a normal side effect from not drinking fluids, will it go away or should it be checked out!? I'm assuming it burned my throat and will heal in time, anyone have an experience like this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
This was an anti-biotic that you took, but your bodies natural saliva should have dealt with dissolving the tablet, there should not have been the side effects that you explained, sounds like you have indigestion or something like that, if it keeps troubling you go to the docs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should check with your doctor who prescribed the medication!. Most likely it's just from not taking the pill with water like it says on the instructions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
