Hi, yes if this is the first time it has happened you should see a Dr!.
My boyfriend has had this happen a couple time, but without the bubble!. His penis became swollen and red and veryyy sore!. There is a name for it ( sorry I cant remember) it is usually caused by irratation (masturbating or prolonged sex)!. But please go to the dr if it bothers you!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
