How To Fight Signs of Fatigue?!


Question: How To Fight Signs of Fatigue!?
Hi! I'm a 15 year old male and sleep for at least 9 hours per night, but sometimes I have faint eye circles! I have a healthy diet and lifestyle!.
If you could answer the following I will give you 10 POINTS!.
-Why do I have these eye circles!?
-Are there any foods/drinks which could reduce the eye circles!?

Sleep longer - you're fifteen, it's not unusual to sleep for as much as 12 hours, esp!. on weekends!. You can try the following, which will increase energy levels and make you feel better: sublingual B-12 tablets; multi-B vitamins containing C; ferrous sulfate (try one tablet of this iron derivative at the lowest dose possible!. Drink plenty of water, as it can cause constipation!. See if that helps with the dark circles under your eyes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein!. A lack of protein can cause the dark circles around or under the eyes and I think can cause fatigue too!. Load up on protein rich foods for a week and see if it helps!. A multi-vitamin will help also and I'm sure another hour of sleep each night wouldn't be a bad thing either!. You're still young and need more sleep than a twenty something adult does!.
