Bad-ish asthma but using too much asthma pump makes me shake/twitch?!
Question: Bad-ish asthma but using too much asthma pump makes me shake/twitch!?
I'm on Salubutamol (I tbink it's called!.!.) the blue reliever!.
And also the brown preventer!.
The last few weeks it's been a bit worse than normal but espescially today it was bad!.
I used the brown one normally in the morning, and quite a bit of the blue one!. Then I got shaky and twitchy which I know is a side effect!.
Anyway I don't know what to do for tonight/tomorrow, because I'm short of breath but the reliever only helps short term and using too much makes me shake!.
Does anyone have any advice!?
It's annoying in that I was meant to be going out tonight but I couldn't because it would be uncomfortable, but it's not at the stage where I can't breath or anything!. It's more of a nuscience rather than dangerous!.
(I'm going to make a doctors appointment about how I use too much asthma pump anyway, but that won't be for a few days)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might ask about a Breathing machine!.!.!.(nebulizer that you breath a mist of xopenex or albuterol!. ask you doc about that!.We here at an urgent care I work at do lots of them and seem to benefit as a substitute for inhaler and only use inhaler for acute cases!.j
