Question: Can you catch thrush off a lizard!?
My friend puts her pet lizard i think it is!. in the bath in water once a week to poo or something!. Yeah don't ask i dont really understand it either and she doesn't clean out the bath peoperly!. She uses a cheap bath spray!. And my mate stayed at her house for a week and caught thrush while there!. And reckons that she got it from using the bath!. Is this possible!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thrush - this is an infection of the mouth caused by a fungus AKA yeast this can be found in other body parts!.
Small amounts of the candida fungus is in all humans , but most times its under control!. Certain illnesses , stress, medications can disturb the delicate balance causing the fungus candida to grow out of control causing infection these do the damage--Corticosteroids,antibiotics, birth control pills all can cause thrush as well!.
