You probably pulled a muscle!. The pain doesn't come on right away when you pull a muscle, and when it does it can be very intense!. I would suggest taking some pain medicine like Advil, and getting a heating pad to put on your chest, that should help with the pain!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well it sounds like your body isn't yet used to you lifting weights!. I think you may have started too intense and your body isnt used to it!. If you lift weights it puts alot of pressure on your chest!

It doesnt sound good to me, so if i were you i would lay off the weightlifting for a while until you can feel it getting better!. If it doesnt get better after a few weeks then definitley go and see a doctor about it!. Slow down on the exercise and then when you are feeling better go back to your normal pace!.

Smoking that much a month isnt really harming you at the mo but it does all add up after time!. Dont smoke whilst you have got the chest pains, it will only make it worse!. And if you're only smoking that much a month whats the point!!? ( I'm not saying that you should smoke more btw!)

Its probably a sprain so don't get too worried!

Hope i helped (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably have just strained something, is parts of your chest tender to touch!? Does it hurt more when you take a deep breath in!? There are outside chances that it could be something more serious!. If you are in pain and have been in pain for over 5 days, i don't think your doctor will think of you as being a timewaster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are experiencing *any* type of chest pain you should always visit your doctor!. It isn't time-wasting, it is what they recommend you should do!. What you are describing sounds like a muscular problem, your doctor might give you a prescription for a rub-on gel or some anti-inflammatory pills!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you lift weight it sounds as though you may have pulled some muscles!.
Its always dangerous to self diagnose as it cause worry and uncertainty so it would be best to see the doctor!. He/she will not think of you as a time waster as they would rather you get help or medication if needed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your weight training you should have a program, ie legs and chest one day then back and arms, this give your body time to recover, i think your not giving your chest long enough to recover after training, leave your chest next few times you train and see how it goes ! good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com

sound like you were pushing too hard with too much weight!.
It could happen when you use heavy weight and less than 5 raps!.
If pain persist you might go see doctor and get your chest x-rayed for possible cracked bone!.
Apply pressure and see if the pain comes from muscle or bone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well I would assume your pain is from lifting weights!. You should either work twice a week, or stop, for a week to see if the pain is there!. if it is then seen a doctor!. but i would say its becuase you lifts weghts everyday change it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i believe your chest pain came from lifting weights, do you do this exercise under expert trainers or you just do it by yourself!?

try to seek advice from the expert in your gymWww@Answer-Health@Com

suggest you have pulled a muscle, it can cause this sort of pain, and a visit to doctor will resolve the issue!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to go to a doctor

any chest pain needs to be evaluated by a doctor even if the reason seems obvious it should be evaluated by the doctor the first time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably overdoing the training!. Give it a rest and I bet the pain will go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would stop excercise until the pain stops!.

and if it doesnt, see a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
