Burning eye.. Cut or infection??!?!!
Question: Burning eye!.!. Cut or infection!?!?!!?!
for the past 2 weeks I have beeing having trouble with my eye!.!.!. when I wake up it starts burning & watering up & swollen (not swollen shut just puffy)!.!.!. I normally wear contacts so I tried wearing my glasses!.!.!. which they water up every minute!.!.!. and itch!.!.!. If I wear my contacts as soon as I put it in it feels like my eye is on fire!.!. but if I can get through that it will go away, but if I yawn or or try to move my contact it burns like crazy!. I have bought new mascara!.!.!. I have sterlized my contact case!.!.!. changed out my contact!.!.!. I have had pink eye before and so I dont think this is what it is because my eye is not bright red, and I havent had any discharge from it!.!.!. Help! I am currently pregnant and so I cant just take any medications and from all the other dr bills we dont really have the money to go to the eye dr!. Thanks for your help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

One thing that comes to mind is that you might be having an allergic reaction to something in your contact solution, or that your contact solution may have been contaminated with something!. I would recommend buying a new bottle of contact solution, and not wearing your contacts until your eye has cleared up!. If you go to the drugstore and talk to a pharmacist, they can probably recommend some sort of over-the-counter eye drops that can help!. It sounds more like an irritation of some kind than an infection!.
I do have one other thought!. You mentioned that you are pregnant!. I know quite a few women (including my mother) who for some reason just could not wear their contacts while they were pregnant!. Trying to wear their contacts caused similar symptoms to what you are describing!. I have no idea why that happens to some pregnant women, but it's possible that that could be the cause of your problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
