Question: Why am i itchy all over!? please read details
i started itching about two days ago!. my back started to itch, so i scratched it!. after i took a shower, i looked in the mirror, and red patches were all over my back, stomach, and arms!. they went away after i took some allergy pills and went to bed!. when i woke up, the itchy patches were gone, but they came back after i started moving around!. what i notice is that they appear where my skin rubs against my clothes most (my neck from the shirts collar, arms from rubbing against the sleeves, and stomach from my pants) what do you think this is!? i dont think its my clothes or anything, since ive been wearing the same cotton fabrics for a while (of course i washed it, and i havent changed detergent either)!. and i dont think im allergic to anything!. have you ever experienced this!? im itchy all over, but the red bumps dont appear until i actually scratch or rub the itchy area!. thanks, and sorry if that was confusingWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like contact dermatitis, which can run in families!. It can come from heat, and also from irritation of the clothes touching already sensitive skin!. Since you said they went down after taking allergy medicine it could be allergy related, such as the clothing holding pollen and allowing greater contact with sensitized skin!. With the rash starting when you rub it, which is called edema, it means the skin is swelling in response to being injured!.

well i know when this happened to me i was diagnosed with mono, if you've been kissing anyone in the last few months or someone was sick around you at your job or anything depending on how old you are, also it could be an alergy coming out you can become alergic to things even if in the past you weren'tWww@Answer-Health@Com
