There are two ways to lower blood sugar!.

The QUICKEST way is to exercise!. run a mile!. do 20 minutes on a tradmill!.

The slower way is to control your diet, You MUST reduced the amount of carbohydrates in your meels!. that means sugars and starches!. reduce the amount of table sugar you eat!. Drink only diet colas!. Use artifical sweetners in iced tea or coffee!.

no candy bars, ice cream, cakes, or pies!. Reduced your breads!. substitute tortillas and flatbreads!. Eat smaller portions of potatoes (in ANY form) and rice!. Eat more fiber, like broccoli and salads!.

"Border line diabetic" is a misnomer used by a lot of unknowledgable physicians!. There really is no such thing!. the ONLY possiblity is that you could be HYPERGLYCEMIC -- having too much blood dugar!.

Thre is only one way to tell -- get to the doctor

Ask first for a test called A1C!. This is a simple blood test that takes 5-10 nminutes IF the doctro has the material!.

a NORMAL A1C rasding is between 5 and 6!. If that is your reading your are not diabetic!.

If teh number is above 7, the doctor needs to casll for a Glucose Tolerance Test!. This is a more complicated test that thakes 3-4 hours, but it is definitive!. If this test comes back positive your ARE diabetic, and need to begin treatment now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could always exercise more, eat less things with sugar in it, drink plenty of water, take a cinnamon supplement!. Yea you can lower your blood sugar without eating or everything, but then it will get too low and cause you to get dizzy and pass out!. Just try to eat things with low sugar content and low carbs, because the bad carbs turn into glucose, which is a form of sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You mean immediately!? Exercise will lower it quickly as long as your sugars aren't so high that you've developed ketones!. Long term !.!.!. !? Regular exercise and a good diet!. Quit eating processed foods and eat fruits and vegetables, grains and nuts!. Make sure you get some protein throughout the day!.
