I have had a rash on my butt for 3 weeks now, is it serious?!

I had been on a boat for three weeks prior and had had boat butt which is very common for being in the water constantly!. Then i came home and the rash still hadnt gone away that was the first week!. two weeks later the rash still hasnt left!.!. it is small little red dots under the skin and a couple bumps that are more raised and red!. The rash isnt itchy though!.
Is this something really serious that i need to worry about!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
