Question: I have this weird sore underneath my upper lip!. Trumpet player here!.
It sort of looks like a purple sore; it might be a canker!. It just so happens it's underneath the area where I position my mouthpiece!. It's really painful!.

The sore itself probably did not come from playing trumpet, but if you played it probably irritated it!. Try putting polysporin or something similar on the sore at night!. also wash your mouthpiece with disinfectant, and if it's possible, don't play for a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
maybe you should pull the mens shlongs outta your mouth
long enough to rinse it with some warm salty water
(and not there salty liquids)
that should clean it and heal it quick
