I donated blood today and i was wondering when I can do it again, people have told me a month and some people have told me 3 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In the US, regulations state that you can donate whole blood every 56 days!.
For platelets it's only 3 days!.

Well my grandad used to donate blood up until about 5years ago, I'm sure he did it 3 times a year (once every 4 months)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
