Does water exercise help fibromyalgia if so how!

Question: Does water exercise help fibromyalgia if so how
Answers:
It's low impact, so the muscles and joints are well supported and aren't really stressed!. It allows the exerciser to slowly recondition without undue pain!. And water is sort of like a natural pain reliever because of the extra support and mild sensory stimulation!.

Many folks with fibro report that warm water therapy pools are more beneficial than activity pools (cooler) or lap pools (coldest)!. I personally find warm water pools more comfortable for stretching and PT exercises, while activity pools (84F at my gym) are better for swimming and water aerobics!. I cannot tolerate lap pools at this point (80 degrees F)--they make my fibro flare badly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
