A number of people are vitamin D deficient and quite a few folks with fibro are, as well!. This may simply mean that folks aren't getting enough sunlight (less time outdoors, always wearing sunscreen, etc) and aren't eating vitamin D fortified foods like milk!.
If a person with fibro is deficient in more than just vitamin D (iron, B12, folic acid), he or she should see a gastroenterologist to rule out malabsorption disorders!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
