Question: How do you catch a cold!?
yesterday it was very hot inside of my house so we cut the A/C on to cool down!. it got really cold and i woke up with a sore and itchy throat and a slightly runny nose!. it decided to rain today to so it wasnt that hot outside!. how did i catch my cold!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

The AC won't cause a cold!. A cold is a virus!. You must have come in contact with someone in the last few days who had a cold!. You also could have touched something that was contaminated by someone who had a cold, touched your eyes, nose or mouth and caught the cold!. Feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You catch a "cold" from viruses, not from having the A/C on!.
It could be that the air was so dried out that it irritated your throat and nose, which could feel like the beginnings of a cold!. But if you don't have fever or other symptoms you're not sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You dont catch a cold from weather or being cold or wet!. YOu get it from touching something that an infected person touches and then you rub your nose or put your hand in or near your mouth and then the germs get into you!. Or someone sneezes or coughs on you and spreads their germs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
You either caught it from someone somewhere else at least two days before, have alergies, slept with your mouth open (dry air sometimes does that), or else just got to cold at night!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
