There is no way you can get HIV when sharing food with a friend!. You can even make out with someone with HIV as long as there is no open wound inside both of your mouths!. The only way you can get HIV is through having unprotected sexual intercourse with someone that has HIV or through blood!. Example: using shared needles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
your chances of getting it are very very very low, but if you're really worried go get tested, you'll have to be tested now, in 3 months then again in 6 months but i really don't think you have anything to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
