you seriously need to see a physician!. all of your symptoms could be / are signs of Diabetes Mellitus, but there are other things that could be going on as well!.!.!. do you have problems with blood pressure!? you said that you are 17 , there could be hormonal issues as well!. please talk with your parents!. Diabetes is nothing to play around with!.!.!. I'm 33 and have a 10 year old diabetic son!.!.!. we are learning new life style changes? with him!. Please make an appt with your physician!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you know someone with a glucometer (blood sugar level checker) there is no way to tell for sure!. If you tell your parents you don't feel good and are worried then they will hopefully take you seriously!. Those are definitely some symptoms for diabetes - and you are still young enough to get type 1 (insulin-dependant)!. Don't worry until you know for sure you have diabetes because you may be fine!. Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you would be having panic attacks from high blood sugar you would be very shaky, or if it was low you would be tired and not moody, my sister has diabetes, and if your parents don't believe you and your convinced make a doctors appointment yourself!.Have your doctor check you out, if it runs in your family you have a good chance but to get type two you would need to be eating horrible and be very overweight!.Lets hope you don't!!!
God-Bless you!

You should mention it to your parents!. Are you do for a school physical !? If so you can mention it to your doctor!. You can also mention it to your school nurse!. She can send you home with a referral which means your parents must take it seriously or risk being accused of medical neglect!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just need to tell them!. I didn't think my parents would believe me about the same thing!. But yesterday I wasn't acting like myself and my Mom asked me what was wrong, I explained, and I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow!. I'm getting tested!. And I'm very worried!. I'm 13, and Diabetes runs in my family!.!.!.
*sigh*Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would get checked out!. Being thirsty all the time, peeing a lot and being tired and moody could all be symptoms of diabetes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your doctor, and you should take one of your parents with you, this is a diagnosis that would affect your whole family!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

basically, those are the symtoms to diabetes!. if i were u i would consult a doctor right away to have you exammed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

could be!. especially if you have dizzy spells too, you should get checked out asapWww@Answer-Health@Com

Type 1 diabetes is hereditary!. You might want to check out your family history!.

Type 2 is caused by extreme obesity and/or lack of fitness!.

Obviously, you don't have those!.

Most young adults and pre-adults experience a time in their life when an extreme kick of hormones will come in and cause your body to mess up!. This can cause the following symptoms:

Thirstiness
Hungriness
Lack of Appetite (You can be extremely hungry or lack of appetite)
Neck Pain
Head Pain
Nasal Congestion
Stomach Pain
Impaired Vision

I'm not entirely sure of your fingers!.

You have the slight possiblity of having diabetes!. If you experience any back/feet pains with no cause, go to a doctor immediately!. Also, weak knees, and shakiness is caused by low blood sugar!.

For some apparent reason, diabetics have to take EXTREME care of their feet, as it has something to do with the disease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
