Answers:
I've had it too!. You can fix the problem with fibre!. Take 1 tbsp of flaxseeds (ground only) 2-3 times a day with a meal and a LARGE glass of water!. Flax is a bulk forming laxative, so if it's not taken with adequate water, it will make the problem worse!. Slippery elm will coat and soothe the stomach and intestines, along with providing nutrition!. Burdock root will cleanse the system of toxins, which, in a case of diverticulitis, are rampant as diverticulitis is in fact infection!. Peppermint will soothe the stomach and stop any cramping!. Ensuring regular, easy bowel movements is key!. You must be sure to remove the toxins that are building up!. The burdock will take care of this!. Yellow dock is also very useful for these conditions!. It's very cleansing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please read the whole answer, info on DIVERTICULITIS is near the end

DIVERTICULOSIS is one of the most common conditions in the US It is caused by a lack of fiber in the diet!. Diverticulosis is characterized by small, abnormal pouches (diverticual) that bulge out through weak spots in the wall of the intestine!. One of the easiest way to resolve this condition is by increasing fiber intake to 20-30 grams daily!. Also peppermint oil can stimulate contractions in the colon!. While diverticulosis involves the condition of merly having colon abnormalities ,DIVERTICULITIS occurs when these abnormalities or diverticula become infected or inflamed!.

diverticulitis is caused by weakening of the intestine which causes little pouches in it (diverticuli)!. a good diet to follow is one high in fiber!. so grains, nuts, vegetables (especially dark leafy ones)!. try and avoid fatty foods as much as possible (they usually make the symptoms worse)!. Absolutely NO NUTS!!!
This includes strawberries and things with seeds!. You can eat whole grain bread but not the kind with little nuts still in it!.
This is what inflames diverticulitis!. The little seeds and nuts get caught in the pouches!. No poppy seeds either!. No sunflower seeds!. Do a web search for a diet!.
