I have acne on the bottom of my arms up towards my top of my arm, how do i clear!

Question: I have acne on the bottom of my arms up towards my top of my arm, how do i clear it up!?
I have acne like down on the side where my underarms are, but underneath my top of my arm(idk how to explain it, it's not on my underarm, its further up than that, only it's on the same side)!. How do I get rid of this!? I also have some on my face, and school's going to start in 8 days, how do I clear this up fast!?
I've tried many things, they all work for a little bit, then they just start to make it worse on my face!.
Thanks,

First of all, is that skin oily!? If it truly is acne, then Neutrogena makes a fantastic body wash with a very high Salicylic acid content!. Also, try using an exfoliating loofah or pouf when you shower!. It may take a bit longer to clear up than you'd like, but if you are persistent with it and you keep up the daily regimen, it should help!. Also, keep in mind that if you are an athlete or are in conditions where you sweat a lot, you should definitely keep a cleanser handy and wash up when you can!.

But, if the skin is flaky and dry with rough red bumps on it, you may have a skin condition similar to psoriasis!. A lot of people confuse the many tiny red bumps with acne, where as treating it like acne may only make the problem worse by drying out the already dry skin!. It may be a condition called seborrheic dermatitis!.

As for your face, if you're using a strong face wash with a high acid content and you're using it morning and night, you may be adding to the problem by drying your skin out!. Try using an acne-treatment moisturizer and see if that helps!.

If worse comes to worse and nothing helps, head to the dermatologist!. You may actually need antibiotics to fight the acne!. Severe acne is actually caused by infected pores!. The bacteria that causes acne is called Propionibacterium and can easily be treated with antibiotics such as Bactrim or Flagyl!.

Good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com
