Question: How long could a person live with mostly clogged arteries!?
We were just told that my mother who recently suffered a heart attack has 1 artery completely clogged and the other 2 are 95% blocked!. They said that since she has diabetes that it is a full artery clog not just a section!. I'm worried she can't last long like that especially considering she is immobile, on dialysis and has had strokes!. Obviously no one can say how long she has, I just want to get a few opinions or personal experiences!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

It would be highly unusual for her cardiologist to have not have already scheduled surgery!. I had a single artery that was 95% occluded and my doctor scheduled surgery the same day!. In other words, an occlusion of that magnitude is a time bomb that could go off any minute!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was at 99%, 99%, 80%, surgery the next day, but no diabetes!.
There are complications preventing her surgery!. You need to talk to her doctor for the most thorough answer and understanding of her condition and the doctor's treatment plan!.
