My best friend is bulemic, and I don't know how to help her! I'm really !

Question: My best friend is bulemic, and I don't know how to help her! I'm really worried!.!.!.!?
So a friend (lets call him Joe) told me that Linda is bulemic!. Linda is my best friend, and she didn't tell me!. She is so thin, I kinda suspected an eating disorder!. I'm so worried for her!. I don't want her to know that I know about her disorder, but I have to help her!

What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You should probably try approaching her or someone close to her about the issue if you are sure, if "joe" is a reliable source!.

At any rate, it would be in your friend's best interest if you are honest with her and say her weight concerns you!.
try: 1) being honest and open 2)compliment the person's personality or accomplishments 3)try to not sound like you are critisizing themWww@Answer-Health@Com

YOU, personally cannot do anything, nobody who knows and loves her can do anything, because you will do it wrong!. She needs to be certified and forced into a hospital where they treat eating disorders, which means her doctor would need to run blood tests to show that she is, indeed, killing herself!. It seems extreme, but, when she gets in there, it is likely she will be so relieved that her choices about food have been taken out of her hands, that she will get better!.
I, personally, do not know of anyone who was really bulimic/anorexic, being able to be cured whilst left in the environment that they became ill in!.
Of course Linda did not tell you she is throwing up her food, how embarrassing for her to tell you!. Eating disorders are caused by insecurity, and low self esteem, so telling Linda you know about her problem is only going to push her away!. Nobody wants other people to know that they think of themselves as a loser!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My best friend (was to) It stuffed up her teethe so much and everyone teases her about being a stick!. If she is a true friend, she will listen to you!. She really needs you and believe me I've been through this, it is so stuff you can talk to me about it if you like, just keep her (and youself) stong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tell her you've noticed she looks thinner than she used to and you're concerned for herWww@Answer-Health@Com
