Cut back!. If you have a lot of nuts, you get a lot of oil, including saturated fat!.

Peanuts and pistachios in one ounce amounts every day are good for you!. Eat them with high anti-oxidant fruits for a good balance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

peanuts actually help increase your HDL cholesterol- the good stuff, they are fine to eat in moderation-a handful not a jar!. you need to exercise lose wt and add oat bran daily like cheerios, oatmeal or granola bar Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't have to give them up!. But they should not be a huge portion of your diet!. They do have a lot of good aspects!. Moderation in all things (even eggs)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
