Question: Does anyone know what a burning sensation in one leg might indicate!?
For the past several weeks, when I lay down, my upper right thigh has a burning sensation, similiar to pins and needles!. It is very uncomfortable and has kept me from falling asleep some nights!. Does anyone know if this may indicate a serious health issue!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

what you are describing is a typical neurological symptom!. It could be that a nerve might have been "pinched"!. you need to see a doctor and take x-rays or MRI of your spine to know if there is an obstruction and at which level of your vertebra!.
