yeah that happened to me when i started this conditioning thing for tennis! here is what i did, it worked!.!.!.
clean over it with rubbing alcohal and clean a safety pin with rubbing alcholal!.!.!. then pop it and make sure its all empty and stuff!. clean it and then wrap pre wrap (get it from any sports store) around it!. then wrap athletic tape around that so it stays kinda like a cast!. it should turn into a calus after a day or two!

I would stop popping the blisters! That is not good at all to do!. I think you're just going to have to leave the blisters there and try your best to keep running with them!. You might want to get new shoes though because you shouldn't get that bad of blisters!. I run 5 miles a day and have a great pair of shoes and don't get blisters, so I would recommend you get a new pair!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you tried "mole skin" on your feet before you run!?
the object of preventing blisters is to reduce friction between your skin and the areas of your shoe causing the problems!. It seems to me that if you continuously get blisters, your shoes may not fit you correctly!. Mole skin can be found in any drug store near the foot care aisle and sometimes in the band aid area!. I have found this material pretty helpful for long walks, theme parks etc!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

put poly sporin or domrthing on them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
