Question: Urine has odor but no white blood cells found!?
I suspected I had a uti because I had a foul odor in my urine and going to the bathroom a lot!. Initially I went to urgent care for chronic back pain which has always been a prob and I was concerned about a uti!. She said that!. My urine showed that I was dehydrated, there were ketones in the urine but no white blood cells were found and sai that was weird, sent me into a panic attack!. She's sending it off to have a culture done on it but I need answers now!. I'd like to know what's going on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dark, strong smelling urine is indeed generally a sign of dehydration!. The Boy Scout rule is "Clear and copious"!. Even if you're peeing frequently up your water intake anyway!.

Check for diabetes frequent urination and keotones are symptons of diabetes a doctor can do a quick painless check!. Drink more water at least the recommended 8 glasses a day and maybe more until the urine is clear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
