Question: Urine has odor but no white blood cells found!?
I suspected I had a uti because I had a foul odor in my urine and going to the bathroom a lot!. Initially I went to urgent care for chronic back pain which has always been a prob and I was concerned about a uti!. She said that!. My urine showed that I was dehydrated, there were ketones in the urine but no white blood cells were found and sai that was weird, sent me into a panic attack!. She's sending it off to have a culture done on it but I need answers now!. I'd like to know what's going on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dark, strong smelling urine is indeed generally a sign of dehydration!. The Boy Scout rule is "Clear and copious"!. Even if you're peeing frequently up your water intake anyway!.
Ketones in urine are a common occurance during marked weight loss!. Have you been dieting!? Ketosis will make urine smell bad!. It'll also give you bad breath!.
