She should take something like Lactaid before eating dairy!. She should also limit her milk consumption to under a half cup, which is the threshold for most reactions!. Even better, she could eliminate dairy for her diet, and use alternates like soy milk or processed cheeses!. However, if she does eliminate dairy, she should make sure she gets calcium through a calcium supplement (like cacitrate or tums) or through dark green veggies, among other sources!. she sounds like she has a lactose intolerance, that is an enzyme found in all dairy products!. They do make milk now that has the lactose removed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yup sure sounds like it!. tell her to sta away from it all or to chose soy based products instead!. i am lactose intolerant too!. it actually happens to us as we get older!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
