How do I keep my face cool its always hot,red and itchy?!
Question: How do I keep my face cool its always hot,red and itchy!?
I keep getting this rash on my face, its red with raised bumps really itchy and is driving me insane! ive been to doctor after doctor and all the dermatology experts!. Ive used antibiotics,steroid creams,treatment for scabies,poison ivy,beta blockers,ranitadine,e45 wash and cream,its not washing powder,pillows etc please help someone ive tried allergy tablets and creams nothing works please help I will forever grateful! keep a food diary and narrow your diet down to a few simple items and add 1 new item each week !.!.!. this will take time, but it should help you determine the cause of the rash and avoid it !.!.!.
in the meantime, have you tried using any of the aveeno lotions!? they are very soothing for my face (I have a similar rash on my face and a nastier one on my leg - confirmed food allergy, I am just trying to narrow down the source as the allergy tests aren't showing anything for specifics)
my allergist also recommended Dove soap - it is better than the other stuff i have been trying !.!.!. and use lukewarm water !.!.!.
also, drink a lot of water, dehydration can cause skin rashes !.!.!. and be aware of your hands, make sure you are not touching your face a lot !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink alot of water and keep washing your face to settle it down!.!.!. And hopefully its gone in no time!.!.!.!!
