Question: What is wrong!? I get these blackout spells when I get up from resting or fall hard!?
Whenever I wake up and start walking to the bathroom, I can't see anything!. It's like!.!.!.everything in sight starts to black out!. I can barely see!. Only whats right infront of me!.
When I get up from relaxing and watching t!.v, more likely it happens!.
Also, one time I feel down when I slipped on pebbles (hard enough), and the black out happened again!. I couldn't see!. I think that's happened twice before, or once, not sure!.

I mentioned it to my parents, they just muttered and said I need more iron!.

What is wrong with me and do I need to go to the doctors!? Do I need more iron!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It could be a number of things really no way to tell except going to the dr, but when your getting up make sure your not getting up 2 fast!. After relaxing or sleeping sit up before u get outta bed because your blood needs time to get moving again after your relaxing!. But if its becoming a problem go see a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

this used to happen to me all the time!. i felt like even when my eyes were open they were closed!. i would even be just walking and i felt like i was blacking out!. the best thing that you can do since you already know that this happens is take your time while you are beginning to stand up and drink a lot of water, i believe that was my problem, i was young and didnt keep myself hydrated as well as i should have!. she just remember to drink your daily dose of water Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you in the ages from like 12 -16!? because if you are!.!.!. you probably are just being a teenager!. I used to do that (im 18 and i dont have it anymore) the doctor said it was normal!. BUT my brother does it, and he also does it when he's running (he runs a lot) and he actually had to get on some heart medication for it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
