You can't!. I believe your talking about the disease Mononucleosis (MONO)!. Usually at around 12 years old when you have a yearly checkup at the doctors office, they offer you the shot for that!. I had the shot!. That's the only thing you can do to prevent it!. Other than that, don't kiss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Certain diseases are not transmittable through kissing!. A lot of people say HIV is but it isn't!. Its simply not in saliva!. If your just kissing on the lips its ok unless you are both bleeding!. If your that concerned rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide or Listerine or some other mouth wash!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
