Answers:
No one knows for certain how HIV was first started!. Some people think it was a natural mutation that spread the virus from primates to humans, some think it was in contaminated medical products, some even believe that people engineered it intentionally as a biological weapon against homosexuality!.
You can only get HIV from someone, it does not get created spontaneously in anyone's body!. There have been reported instances of people contracting HIV from oral sex, although it seems to be considerable less likely than through vaginal or anal sex and blood contact!.
The deal with lesbians and aids is the same as anyone else and AIDS!. Some have it, others don't!. It can be transmitted through vaginal-to-vaginal contact, since there are body fluids being shared!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

AIDS was probably a mutated virus that came from a person or organism!. I'm not exactly sure if you can get it through oral sex but you can get the virus through bodily fluids and mucus membranes!. Lesbians and AIDS!? Don't think its possible unless the lesbians are sharing needles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
