You need to be SO careful about the sun, especially on your face!. You can get severe skin damage and your face is the last place you want to have permanent wrinkles/scarring!!! Ok, off my soap box!.!.!.I've had my fair share of sunburns in my day (unfortunately, I've got very fair skin, thanks Dad!) so I've tried EVERYTHING! The only thing that I have found that works really well is first aid spray!. I know, sounds crazy, but there is a local anesthetic that will numb the skin a bit and make it not hurt so bad!. With your face, you need to be extra careful not to get it in your eyes!. Spray a bit on the palm of your and and rub the spray onto the places where it is the most burnt - AVOID YOUR EYES AT ALL COSTS!. Because this is not the recommended course of action, people may say how dangerous it is - I know this, but it works!

Or - to be on the safe side, get some aloe, put on extra globs and take some Tylenol to dull the pain!. Go to bed and you'll wake up feeling much better!. =) Now put on some 30 SPF (every day!) and get going!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm, i was going to suggest aloe vera but considering you have already tried it!.!.!.
that's what i used to heal the sunburns i had!. but i dont know if you are using it straight from the plant leaves, or from a product!. i just ripped open the plant and used the juice right from there and it worked so well!.
otherwise, maybe put some cold water or ice on it, or rub lotion!.
hope this helped :/
