Answers:
they are formed from lymphatic fluids to protect the layers of skin beneath them!.In your case, you may be contacting allergens and probably should see a dermatologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You get them because there's enough friction against the skin to seperate layers!. I would guess that you get them to prevent tearing all the way though ans causing a gash!. Bandaids or something similar will prevent them!. If you leave them alone, they'll heal faster and form rougher skin in the area to prevent more blisters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Blisters are often caused by rubbing an area of skin surface ,or an irritant !.
what do you do with your hands!. do your shoes fit properly!.
Yes they are there for a reason your system is telling you i don't like what you are subjecting me to!.
Find the cause and prevent it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Blisters are a protective mechanism that the body uses!. If a part of the body is being rubbed (such as your heel in your shoe), the body will form a blister!. The fluid found in blisters gives that part of the body a cushion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you get them for no reason I would see a doctor, maybe this helps:
