Do you have a fever, with sores on your hands and feet also!? If so, that could be hand, foot and mouth disease!.
However, if it's just the ulcers in the mouth, then it could be due to a vitamin deficiency or even the toothpaste you're using!. Best is to go to a doctor for a proper diagnosis!.
In the meantime, gargle with warm salt water several times a day for temporary relief!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
