Question: I can't breathe through my nose though I don't have cold or any cold symptoms!?
It's usually when I wake up in the morning and when I try to breathe very little air comes in and a whistling noise comes from my nose!.

If you don't have a cold, then you most likely have allergies, a partial obstruction caused by a polyp, a deviated septum, or abnormally narrow nasal passages!.
You can try taking an antihistamine/decongestant for a while to see if that helps!. Something like Claritin-D or Zyrtec-D are good choices!. Moisturizing the nasal passage might also be helpful if you live in a dry or dusty area!. A saline spray such as Ocean, or a neti pot are two ways to increase moisture!.
If you try antihistamines and moisture for a week or two and they do not help, then you have one of the other problems that require a doctor visit to see exactly what is causing the problem!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
