Question: Help a herpes outbreak!?
Ive just been diagnosed with herpes about 4 months ago im 20 and im still having ALOT of trouble dealing with it physically and emotionally!. im starting to have another outbreak and im scared to death for it to come full throttle!. does anyone have any suggestion of an easier way to deal with it!. I have to work theres no way i can take off and I know its going to be very painful!. if anyone can help please do im desperate!

This outbreak shouldn't be as bad as the first one! The first one is always the worst!. Anytime you even think you can feel one coming on, call the doctor's office and have them call in a prescription for Valtrex!.
Hopefully, this outbreak will just cause you moderate (not horrific) discomfort!. It may be really itchy, but hopefully that's all!. I've worked through a lot a outbreaks now, and the itching is the worst thing about it!.
Educate yourself so you know what things cause your outbreaks!. Stress is one of the main factors!. When you're stressed out, it can bring one on!. Also, I noticed that heat sometimes causes one for me!. Long, hot baths or hot tubs sometimes bring them on, sometimes not!.
I know how bad it sucks to find out you have this!. I was diagnosed when I was 23!. I was so depressed and felt so trashy!. I didn't think I'd ever be able to find a decent guy to accept me knowing that I have this!. But I'm 29 now and married to the most awesome, understanding guy! I'm sorry you have to deal with this!. I guess we just have to be thankful we didn't get something worse, like HIV!. And know that many people suffer from this, we just don't all talk about it!. I think the statistics are like, 3 in 10 people!.

yea the meds are good!. i take favir (famcyclovir) and i really like it!. i think famvir is the only medicine with a one day treatment!. i had an outbreak that was coming and it was really starting to hurt!. so i took my famvir (1000mg, 2x for one day) and it completely stopped the outbreak in only one day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't worry!.!.!.the lesions will last only two weeks!. Be sure not to have sex with anyone but your hand in the meantime!. The nasty thing about herpes is that 6 years from now you will meet the most beautiful person in the world and when she is ready!.!.!. your penis will have some big red painful sores!.
