Sore throat, no apetite. what could this be?!

for the past few days (since saturday) i haven't been feeling well!. the first two days it felt as if i had a hair in my throat which was really no big deal!. then on monday i started feeling sick to my stomach and couldn't eat!. i felt this way until this morning!. when i woke up i felt almost back to normal but my appetite was still gone!. throughout all of this my throat and tongue has been getting very dry and drinking water only makes it dryer!. ( i know, it makes no sense ) the dryness usually only happens in the evenings!. i'm going to try to get an appointment for the doctors tomorrow but until then i'd really like to have an idea on what i have i have!. any ideas on what this could be!?

P!.S!. my throat sometimes feels like its closing too!. i know its not though because i can breath and talk just fine!.
