HELP! 12 week old puppy throwing up and lethargic?!

Question: HELP! 12 week old puppy throwing up and lethargic!?

Hi there, my 12 week old papillon puppy has thrown up twice today and will not eat a thing!. She is lethargic and just wants to lay in her bed!. I'm worried that she has had such a drastic change in behavior!. How long should I wait to take her to the vet!? It's too late now and they aren't open!. Should I see how she does overnight and then in the morning if she won't eat and is still lethargic take her to the vet!?

Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Very possibly Parvo virus! This can kill in a couple of days!. If you know of a 24 hour emergency veterinary clinic in your city, you should call them immediately!. Your puppy is too young to survive Parvo for very long, immediate treatment is necessary if this is what it has contracted!. Parvo is very easily contracted anywhere you find a lot of dogs (parks, petsmart, etc!.)
Your vet's answering machine message will very often have an emergency phone number!. If it does not, try www!.yellowpages!.comWww@Answer-Health@Com

dude i'm sorry but that happened to many of my dogs and most of em died except for my schnauzer!. you should take the dog to a vet immediately!! like RIGHT NOW!
and if you look at the dogs crap you can kinda see if its going to die or not!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

tell u what not trying to scare the s""t out of u but sounds to me like she is anemic and that she may need to have calcium shots that might make her feel better trust me u may need to call the vet!. & see if he or she can do a nightly visit tonight bc if not she might not make it til morningWww@Answer-Health@Com

When my puppy was ill, I called my vet and sought his advice over the telephone, it put my mind at rest!.!.!. and he could give you some advice on what you need to do in case the situation worsens!.

Call him NOW!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Take her ASAP! It sounds like Parvo and that could be deadly!. I've had two dogs that had that!. One died and the other survived on gatorade, grilled chicken, and rice!. Is there an emergency clinic you could take it to!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah keep an eye on her, it may be possible that she got into some household chemicals maybe!. Maybe some cleaner!? If she isn't showing signs of getting better you should take her to the vet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
