Answers:
When your heart is (for example) randomly-beating, thumping, flip-flopping, and skipping a beat- these are called Palpitations!.

Caffeine and stress can cause these!.

They are often related to an irregular heart beat!.

Many people, who have normal hearts, will sometimes have beats such as what is called PVC's!. If you only get a few every now and then, it is completely normal!. When more than one happens in a row, it can be troublesome!.

Almost everyone will experience these in their lifetime!.

More than likely, your doctor won't find the palpitations on an EKG or stethoscope unless they are very frequent!.

If you think they are happening every day and are quite frequent, then go to your local doctor and have them evaluate you!.

It is almost always nothing, but can be!.

If you had a murmur, your doctor would of told you the last time you seen him when he listened to your heart!.

Eating healthy does not make you immune to cardiovascular diseases!. And Imbalance of pH, sodium, pottassium, magnesium, or hydration can cause the muscles in your chest to twitch!. This can fool you into thinking that it is your heart beat!.

For more information about your heart you can take a look at this article from the link below!. It may be a little convincing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get this little "flutter" sometimes and my doctor said it was normal!. My mom said hers sometimes skips a beat, so you are probably fine!. If you are very worried then see a doctor!. Take some slow deep breaths and see if it feels better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if it's beating fast, that's a good thing (sometimes)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
