Question: PLZ HELP!!!? I'm quitting smoking and I'm freeeeeeeeeeeeeaking out!!!!?
It's been 14 hours it's HARD!. DOES anyone know of a good support forum online for quitting smoking - ONE THAT IS VERY ACTIVE!?!?!?

You are at a critical point in your quitting!. Go out for a long, brisk, walk!. Find something to distract you!. DO NOT drink coffee, coke, or beer - they are triggers for the urge!. Drink lots of water to flush your system!. Go be with someone who can help you!. RELAX and do deep breathing!. Remember that every minute you go without helps to kill that monster inside you!. Get some gum and hard candy!. Cut some straws into cig size, and "inhale" on them or chew them!. Brush your teeth numerous times a day!. Floss a lot!. YOU CAN DO IT!!
Keep yourself distracted!. Tell yourself one more hour, and maybe I can have one, but after 60 minutes, repeat it!

After about three days, you will have the physical addiction beat, but the mental one is harder!. Keep your hands and mouth too busy to smoke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Also drink lots of water, at least 8 - 10 glasses a day!. Don't worry, you can chew gum in the bathroom!. Hang in there; it really is worth it!. You will feel fitter, your skin will be better and even your eyes will be clearer!. Food will taste better and you will be able to smell things you couldn't smell before!. Im right there with you dalin'!.
Never knew it would be this tough, im chewing the "gum" and taking it sometimes one hour at a time!.
I have been smoke free only 4 days, but when i got home from work to do my laundry, I was like WOW these clothes stink! And it gave me a bit of hope knowing I can wash this out of my life for good!.

The best way to do it is to put yourself into a non-smoking situation!. Throw away your cigarettes and lighter!.!.!.don't hang out with other smokers for a while!. Chew a lot of gum!.!.!.when the craving strikes go do something else!.!.!.running or read a book to get your mind off it!.
