Answers:
This sounds very likely for a UTI!. The symptoms are there, all that is needed is clinical correlation (urine dip for leukocytes and nitrites)!.

You should increase your water intake to about a gallon/day!. Add one Gatorade-type drink to maintain your electrolytes; and add cranberry juice (8-16oz per hour) to help flush the bug out!.

It is probable that the doctor will start you on an antibiotic, which is good; but don't forget to drink plenty of fluids as mentioned and get bed rest!.

Good luck and feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does sound like you another infection!. The back pain and the blood makes me think it's a fairly serious one, as well!.

Hopefully it's just a once off for your sake though!

Take a warm bath if you can't sleep cause of it!. I used to get kidney infections a bit and this always made me feel better!. Partly cause of the warmth and partly because of the feeling that you're in a bath and (as gross as it is) you don't have to worry about 'holding on' really badly!.

Hope all goes well at the doctors!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to drink more water to help flush it out, even if it hurts, because you will feel like you have to go and won't be anything there to pee, so drink a lot of water!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Also, besides water drink a lot of cranberry juice - and go and see the Doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
