Answers:
There are a few types of histamines (the things that cause the rash when we have a reaction), and there are two basic types of anti-histamines readily available!.

Benedryl is the tried and true H-1 blocker!. Buying the generic if fine!. Zantac - yes, the stomach medicine, not Zyrtec - not a typo - is an H-2 blocker and is also cheap!. Again, generics are fine!.

Benedryl can make you sleepy, so don't do this except at night if you have to drive, but I'd take 25 mg of benedryl and 75 mg of Zantac (ranitidine) for sure at night and in the morning if you can handle it!. I'll bet that helps!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Spandex/Lycra itself does not contain natural-rubber latex!. Some items, like socks, contain both lycra threads and other material (cotton, nylon)!. This other material can be natural rubber latex!.

You really need to figure out why you're developing this immune reaction!. Your doctor should be actively working to help suppress the reaction, which can be done with temporary meds to give your body a rest and perhaps reset your allergy clock for a little while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
