I don't believe there is a single documented case of a brain tumor in a human that has been attributed to aspartame!. It is a theoretical risk though, as are many things!. Odd fact though if you force fed the lab rats that the tests were conducted on with the same weight of water per day as the aspartame they were given, they'd die in under two weeks rather than the months of being force fed ridiculous quantities of aspartame!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
