Question: Rash in private areas!?

hello, im a 14 your old boy and i have this red rash around my private area!. I have been to the doctor and he gave me some cream that will make it go away!. The cream works but when the rash is gone i dont use the cream any more and it comes back in like a week!. I know i should go see the doctor again but do you have any other suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
