i have poor blood circulation!. i know this becasue when i wake up in the morning my feet are yellow from the bottom!.!.!. how can i get good blood circulation!? im not overweight or anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont know if this is true, but i remember my grandmother once telling me to hit/pat with a force up and down your legs (in your case) for better blood circulation!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
