its poor circulation i have it too!. nothing really you can do about it but if it starts to concern you a quick phone call to your doc may get some simple meds, nothing major to be concerned about Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like Raynaud's disease!.
It occurs when the small arteries that supply to your fingers and toes become hyperensitive to cold!. The arteries contract whenever you are exposed to low temperatures and reduce the flow of blood to the affected area, which becomes white, then blue, then red!.
It can also be caused by conditions other than cold: high pressure in the blood vessels of your lungs, an emotional disturbance, certain drugs, connective tissue disease, inflamation of the arteries themselves, or even injury to the blood vessels from vibrations of powerful equipment such as chain saws and pneumatic drillls!.
Hellp is on the way:
'1!. drugs that dilate your blood vessels, or
2!. an operation in which the surgeon snips the nerves that control the contraction of the artieries, or
3!.avoiding cigarette smoke or
4!. keeping your hands and feet warm and dry, or
5!. moving to a warm climate, or
6!. or staying indoors during coldest weather
7!. a shot of whiskey once in a while! (seriously)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You do need to ask a doctor, because there are two other conditions that might give you these symptoms - diabetes and post polio syndrome!.

Do ask your doctor - because it left alone it is just possible that there might be problems in later life, as post polio patients are finding!.

If it is due to polio, you might have had this disease some time ago - but later on in life the disease kicks in again with annoying symptoms!. So put your mind at rest - and I hope that the doctor tells you there is nothing be worried about!.
