What is lactose intolerance????!

Regular milk (from cows) has lactose in it!. The digestive system which lactose and breaks it down!. If the digestive system doesn't do that correctly, one gets diahhrea, gas and cramps!.

The solution is to avoid milk and milk products, or to take OTC medicines which provide an enzyme to break down the lactose!.

Yogurt is usually OK for lactose intolerant people!.

Milk, cheeses, ice cream - all problems!.
