Answers:
Kidney stone since it started in your kidney {one side}with a good deal of pain!. With a kidney stone you might have blood in your urine as the stone tries to pass!. Severe shaking chills should ALWAYS go to the EMERGENCY room!. Do you have fever!? If high fever and shaking chills this can be septic where infection is spreading through your body!. Need treatment NOW!. This is serious!. If no fever then you are more likely to have a kidney stone!. Remember you can develop an infection if the urine is obstructed for a period of time!. Meantime sip water to try to flush the stone through!. Don't drink lots of water quickly as it will cause more pressure on the kidney as it fills and can't empty quickly past a stone!. {hydronephrosis} Painful!.!!!!.!.Remember your left kidney is still functioning properly and will take over so you can still pee even if the right side gets obstructed!.No matter, you need evaluation and pain medication!. Let us know what the ER doc!. says!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are a male most likely to be a kidney stone, but I am guessing you are a female with a name like sunshine, in a female most likely to be a kidney or urine infection - drink plenty of water and cranberry juice and go to your doctor who will do a dipstick test on a sample and prescribe antibioticsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You give neither your age, nor past medical history!. Since the pain seems accompanied by fever, it is like to be infection!. It could however also involve stone or gravel!. Contact NHS24/Direct, and keep a urine sample for them to test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
