Answers:
At 13 the chances of having breast cancer are very, very close to zero!.

It's almost unheard of in under-25s; 80% of those diagnosed with it are over 50, and it's rare in women under 40!. In fact when I was diagnosed with it shortly after my 50th birthday, my breast care nurse told me I was one of her 'younger women'!.

Most breast lumps, even in women over 50, aren't cancerous!. Your breasts are still growing and developing and what you describe is almost certainly hormonal!.

If you're still worried, talk to your mother or, if your school isn't still closed for the summer, your school nurse - she will be used to such questions and will take you seriously!.

But bear in mind that your chances of having breast cancer are just about nil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 13 you are more likely to develop a pediatric or childhood cancer!. There are differences with cancer according to your age group!. You fall right in between childhood related cancers and Adolescent and Young Adult related cancers!.

The chest wall, ribs, soft tissue, and breasts are all spots that a childhood cancer or Adolescent and Young Adult cancer can develop!. These are not the same types of cancer that an older women will develop !. !. but it does happen in this location!. Since no one here can examine you there is no way of telling if you have a malignancy or not !. !. it does not matter if it is breast cancer, rhabdomyosarcoma, or junvenile carcinoma the location you mention is a spot that a 13 year old can have cancer!. If you have a lump in this area than you need to be examined to determine if this is a malignancy, a cyst, a benign tumor, or just normal puberty!. No one here can tell you that!.

Childhood cancer is rare to begin with !. !. but it happens !.!.and because it is easier to treat when it is detected early, than you need to be examined!.

Ask your mother to take you to the doctor!.
