I have a question about arrhythmia.?!

Question: I have a question about arrhythmia!.!?
Is it possible for arrhythmia to go away by itself or does someone have it for the rest of their life!? For example if they are diagnosed with it at a very young age, do they have it for all their life!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It would depend on what the arrhythmia is and if you are on medication for it!. Some arrhythmia's are controlled by medication and need only check ups and attention when things are wrong!. Things like Atrial fibrillation can easily be controlled by medication, but will need close monitoring and also other medications (like coumadin) to control side effects!. If you have an arrhythmia, please be in touch with your doctor and keep up with check ups and make sure that you are on track with the current treatment!
Good luck!
Usually arrhythmia's will not go away on their own, so a doctor is needed to treat the problemWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, I have had arrhythmia for past 10 years or so!.!.started mild & lasting about 1 hour!. Dr always told me it was stress!. It got worse over the years & at times it would go for 48 hours & I felt the life had been drained out of me!. Ended up in ER during one episode where they did full heart checks etc etc and no heart problems were found!. Was put on meds to slow heart rate (the worse thing they could have done) Researched on the net out of desperation which made me decide to have Thyroid checked!. Long story short!.!.!.!.!.!.!.that was the cause or my arrhythmia!. Check out these sites www!.stopthethyroidmadness!.com it will give you a symptom checker & tell you the tests you need to diognose if you have a Thyroid problem!. Also a great site is Mary Shomon www!.thyroid-info!.com!. I joined the Yahoo Thyroid forum and learned from people that have been missdiognosed for half their life that some of the other problems I had were related to Thyroid also!. I still get a bit of arrhythmia as it takes time to get the Thyroid hormones working normal again!.!.!.!.but no where near as bad & I have found Transdermal Magnesium rubbed over heart area usually stops it in its tracks!. I hope this info helps because I know how debilitating this condition can be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it's possibe, but your doctor will place you on medicines for the rest of your life as a precaution!. Example: New onset atrial fib!. (for whatever reason)!. The risk of discontinuing the medicines is deadly (blood clots)

It usually has to do with electrolyte balance in the blood, unless it is caused by congenital malformations!. Balanced nutritional supplements and hydration can overcome electrolyte imbalances!. Surgery can sometimes improve malformations and pace makers can stabilize arrhythmia's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
